1. Nature of the service

The Site provides Japan travel "comfort" planning information, including rule-based comfort scores by month and region, hotel and crowd pressure, holiday overlap, weather, pollen, cherry blossoms, snow season, and major-event notes. All scores, articles, tables, and suggestions are general planning references only, are not guarantees, and are not professional, legal, financial, insurance, medical, visa, immigration, or travel-agent advice.

Using the Site does not create any professional advisory, fiduciary, travel-agent, agency, or client relationship between you and the Site or its operator. The Site is not a travel agency and does not provide booking, ticketing, insurance brokerage, visa, payment-processing, or travel-agent services. It does not control hotels, airlines, transport operators, event organizers, insurers, booking platforms, or other third-party providers. The Site does not replace official notices, medical advice, airline / hotel / transport terms, insurance terms, entry requirements, or destination safety guidance.

2. Accuracy and your responsibility

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Hotel prices, room availability, event dates, transport arrangements, weather, pollen levels, disasters, entry requirements, public holidays, organizer rules, and government policies can change at any time. We try to cite official, organizer, or traceable sources, but we do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, current, error-free, or suitable for your specific situation.

Before booking, paying, travelling, or changing an itinerary, you should verify the latest information with official websites, booking platforms, airlines, hotels, transport operators, insurers, qualified medical professionals, and relevant service providers.
